Presentation

I have defended my PhD thesis in low-dimensional topology in December 2021, under the supervision of Pr. Gwénaël Massuyeau. I was ATER (Temporary Research and Teaching Assistant) in Université de Bourgogne, Dijon, France until September 2022 and a JSPS fellow in the University of Tokyo (postdoc) in 2023. I am now a postdoc in the University of Zurich, under the supervision of Anna Beliakova.

You can find my CV here.

Research interests

My research field is low-dimensional topology. My main interests are 3-manifolds, their Heegaard splittings, and surgery equivalence relations among them. I am hence interested in finite-type and quantum invariants of knots and 3-manifolds. In relation, I study mapping class groups of surfaces and their representations, as well as the Johnson (or Andreadakis) filtration of the Torelli group, and automorphisms of free groups.
